30 year old looking for a roommate within Nairobi

I’m looking for a roommate to share a living space within Nairobi, preferably close to the Central Business District. Areas I’m open to include Lang’ata, Ngong Road, Kileleshwa, or Lavington, but I’m also flexible depending on the location and convenience.

Im a 30-year-old female, a quiet and reclusive person who minds my business and values open communication. I work remotely, so I need a peaceful and quiet environment to focus during work hours. I’m generally independent but open to occasional conversations and mutual respect in shared spaces.

My budget is flexible, starting from Ksh 15,000 upwards, depending on the location and what’s included in the rent. I’d prefer a place with internet, running water, and electricity, and I’m happy to split those costs evenly if they aren’t included in the rent. I'm open to different living arrangements. If you already have a house and are looking for someone to sublet a room, I’d be fine with that. If we need to find a place together, I’m also open to discussing options and choosing a suitable place that works for both of us.
