25 year old looking for a foreigner roommate (preferably) in Westlands/ Waiyaki way areas

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom to cost share around Waiyaki Way in Lower Kabete, Mountain View, Uthiru, Redhill or adjacent areas. Ideally, I'd prefer a foreigner roommate especially someone from around the region however I'm open to others. Age 24 - 32 and any gender is ok. I'm interested in splitting rent (25k max), utilities (electricity, water...) and any items that are mutually beneficial

I work in a hybrid setting and like a neat clean environment, where we respect our space and have personal responsibility. I also appreciate open communication on any concerns.
