24yr old looking for a roommate in Parklands

Hey! I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment with, ideally in Parklands or nearby areas close to town. I'm hoping to move in by January 2025, so if you're looking for a place around the same time, this could be perfect!

About the Living Situation

• Rent: Twenty thousand shillings per person (splitting the total rent equally for a two-bedroom)
• Location: Parklands preferred, but I'm open to other neighborhoods close to town - we can go house hunting together!
• Utilities: Split based on usage, typically ranges from twenty to thirty thousand total (so we'd each pay half for WiFi, electricity, water, etc.)
• Move-in: January twenty twenty-five - looking for someone who can commit now so we can start searching together

About Me

I work from home, so I'll be around the house quite a bit during the day. I'm very clean and organized - I like keeping shared spaces tidy and expect the same. I cook meals about once a week, usually meal prepping. I'm pretty chatty and social, so I'd love a roommate who's open to conversation and doesn't mind some friendly interaction, but I also totally respect personal space and quiet time when needed.
