compañeras de piso

Hi Girls!!
I am María Garrido, I am Spanish but this year (2023/2024) I have been studying in Dublin, Ireland as an Erasmus student.
My home university is Murcia, I study law. So when my Erasmus year ends I will return to Murcia. I have a flat with two friends (girls) but we have a free room, as I am doing an Erasmus year, I thought it would be great to reserve the free room for someone who comes from Erasmus next year (2024/2025, the entire academic year) , who knows how to speak English well and who wants to learn Spanish, so we can learn from each other.
The three of us are 21 years old, we are in the third year of our degree.
Our apartment is very close to the center, it is right next to "El Corte Inglés" (C/Doctor Gregorio Marañon), the price is 225€/month. In the apartment there would be four of us, each with a bedroom, sharing a kitchen, living room and bathroom (there are two bathrooms, so two of us share one and the other two share the other).
