21 year old student from india at UCAM looking for accommodation

Hello! My name is Sakshi Sharma, and I’m an international student from India. I’m coming to Murcia this fall to pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) at UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia). I’m currently searching for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to live — preferably close to the university or with good transport connections.

I’m a quiet and respectful person by nature, and I value cleanliness and a peaceful atmosphere, especially since I’ll be focusing on my studies. I have experience living away from home and understand the importance of respecting shared spaces and house rules. I’m very organized, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m not into partying or loud music and would prefer to live with people who also appreciate a calm and cooperative environment.

I’m fluent in English and have recently started learning Spanish, so I’d love to share a flat with people from different cultures and improve my language skills while also making new friends. I also enjoy baking, exploring local cafes, and having relaxed movie nights at home.

My monthly rent budget is around €350–€400, and I’m open to shared apartments or studios. I’m hoping to move in by early October and would prefer a place that’s furnished and has Wi-Fi.
