20 year old girl, looking for an accommodation in Murcia

I'm a 20 year old french girl coming to Murcia to study from September 1st to January 31th.  I'm a very easy going and sociable girl, and I'm looking for a nice appartment, university dorm or a studio for myself or a colocation to share with tidy roomates. I would probably prefer a renovated place or recently built. I like to be in a nice and tidy place, with organized people. As I usually go 5 times a week to the gym, it would be nice to meet some athletes out there to train or learn together. I will try, as much as possible, to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I like to go out and visit new places with friends and I think that the Erasmus experience is the best way to meet new people and enjoy speaking in different languages.
