19 year old guy, looking for accommodation in Murciá, something close to UCAM.

Hello, I'm a 19 year old male student. I'm looking for accommodation in the city of Murcia. I would like to live in a shared apartment and something close to UCAM. I am a very responsible and respectful guy and would like to see the same from my roommates, preferably students. I like  to have fun and enjoy with my roommates, but moderate though. The minimum stay would be 1 month. I am looking for an eqiupped and furnished apartment that will have at least the water, electricity and internet bill included in the price.
