Hola!
Yo busco alguin para alquilar mi habitacion desde febrero!
Esta en una muy bueno piso, la habitacion es muy grande (+/- 13m2). Hay 3otros estudiantos. Cuesta 150euros/mes sin gastos. Hay mueble. El piso esta en la cuarta planta. Esta muy cerca de la plaza circular y del centro tambien. esta en la calle Arquitecto Pinero.

I\'m looking for a roomate from february until June/July. I finished my erasmus in the beginning of february. My room is quite big, very nice, with a good light. There are every furniture. There are 3 others persons. The appartment is very big. There is a good kitchen, badroom, there is also a washing machine and there is internet and a TV.
The flat is nearby the Plaza Circular and close to the centrum of the city.
it cost 150€/mes whtitout charges.

Je suis actuellement en erasmus à murcia et je cherche quelqu\'un pour louer ma chambre à partir de fevrier. Pour le 2nd quadri.
L\'appartement est vraiment super, il y a 4 chambre au total, 1 cuisine, 1 salle de bain,1 salon et un balcon. Il y a la télé, internet et une machine à laver.
Tout est meublé, ma chambre fait environ 13metre carré, elle est bien grande, il y a beaucoup de luminosité, enfin c\'est vraiment bien.
L\'appartement est à 2minutes du supermarché le plus proche, et à 5 mminute de la plaza circular (ou se trouvent tous les bus), à 5 minute du centre ville aussi.
Le prix est de 150€/mois sans les charges.
