Online Virtual Event Support

The required resource will need to work on an hourly basis based on request as Online Virtual Event Support. For this specific role we will require the following skills:

• Good command of English and of at least one of the following languages: Russian, Portuguese, Chinese or Korean (both verbal and written)

• Experience and understanding of Learning Management Systems

• Experience with Virtual Events not mandatory but nice to have

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organised, detailed orientated and focused working

• Flexible working hours (depending on time zone the events are taking place; e.g. running events for Korea in the Asia Pacific region, events could start at 4am in the morning European time or events for Brazil in the LATAM region starting in the afternoon will be in the evening European time)

The candidate will be part of the event management team organizing virtual events for Microsoft. Working hours will include the online support when the event takes place. Pre- and post-event related tasks will be handled by the core team.

As an Online Event Support you will use your strong organizational and communication skills to manage the event, offering basic technical support to the attendees in either Russian, Portuguese, Chinese or Korean and working with related platforms and tools.

Tasks:

• Support the Microsoft Virtual Academy Live Events on an international level

• Answer customer requests by email and chat

• Monitor the Virtual Event Platform

• Work with the relevant team members to enhance customer service level to a maximum

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and international team

• Home office allowed
