Botanista is a young, modern gastronomy concept in Munich’s city centre. We focus on healthy nutrition, a sugar-free cuisine and offer homemade, innovative food & drinks. Our team of about 40 people is young, dynamic, innovative and consists of real team players.

Job description

You are passionate about food and either love working in the kitchen or always wanted to have a look ‘behind the scenes’ of a restaurant? Preparation of fresh and healthy food is a pleasure for you and you really value qualitative ingredients? Do you enjoy to have fun while developing new skills? Your tasks

• Insight in the activities of a professional restaurant kitchen

• Support with the preparation and cooking of hot and cold dishes (e.g., bowls, salads, flatbread and desserts) incl. mise en place

• Development of new dishes & creations

• Adherence to quality and hygiene guidelines (quality controls, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

• Washing dishes and keeping the kitchens & work surfaces clean

• Cooperative work with the kitchen and service team

• Inventories, stock taking and order management

• Work in an open and collegial team culture with acceptance of responsibility and the freedom to contribute your own ideas

Your profile

• You enjoy working in the kitchen and may already have previous experience in working in a restaurant

• You enjoy developing yourself, working creatively and creating new, healthy dishes together with the kitchen team

• You are reliable and if necessary also available on weekends / evenings

• You like to work together in a team
