Searching for Accommodation and a Roommate near Marstallplaz 1

I am a Law Student, planning to go to Munich for a postgraduate research stay. I am searching for Accommodation and, hopefully, a Roommate aged between 20 and 30 years old near Marstallplaz N. 1 from February 2022 to July 2022 (included). I would prefer a room in a university residence or a flat. In the latter case I would prefer to share common spaces with another young student (preferably Italian or English speaking), looking for a similar accommodation solution near Marstallplaz.
