Retired male;1970-1981 years in Munich;Primary residence in Valencia

I am an active/fit/healthy traveler who wants to relocate to Europe for a few years. I have paid rent for all of 2017 for an apartment in Valencia but, I want to qualify for a resident parmit in Germany. I will pay in advance for accomodation in Munich if we agree to terms. I would use the Munich accomodation as a 'second home' while I enjoy visiting other cities throughout Europe. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker and I am helpful with house chores and generous with sharing expenses. I speak German well and I want to learn Spanish much better. My 'home' in the U.S. is Bellingham Washington (approximately 150 Km north of Seattle; south of Vancouver British Columbia)
