Masters student looking for a private room in Munich or Garching

I am a Nigerian student starting my Masters program at TUM this october and looking for a private room accommodation to live in in a quite environment. May temporarily share room with other only if not provate room is available. I prefer living close to the university and public services. I also prefer accommodation with bills included(Warm Rent).
