MA student looking for accommodation in Munich

I am about to start a Masters Program at LMU-Munich, and am looking for appropriate accomodations, preferable with other females. I do not smoke and am clean and responsible. I am looking for a place I that is comfortable and close to campus. Ideally, I would like usage of wifi, washer/dryer, kitchen and private / semi private bathroom included in the price per month. I speak English, and a little German and Spanish. I like adventure and am looking for a place to call my temporary home.
