Looking for accommodation in Munich

I'm a postdoctoral researcher from Charite University Medicine-Berlin. I finished my job in Berlin and will start a new one at Helmholtz Center in Munich. So I need to move-in from 1st of July 2018. I am interested in short term accomodation even for a month until I have my own apartment. My German is not sufficient, but I speak excellent English and my mother tongue is Arabic. I am non-smoker, very quiet, have no pets and will never have, busy all the time in my work. I have my residence permit for 2 years now, so anmeldung is not necessary.
