Looking for a room/ flatshare/ accommodation for the Winter Semester 2010/20 in Munich

Hello, my name is Eleonore; I am a French student currently finishing my second in Economics and Politics at the University of Exeter (UK). I am planning to study at LMU for the Winter Semester of 2019/20 (until March) and therefore I am looking for a place to live there. I am looking for an accomodation or a flatshare (max 5 people). I am very friendly and sociable, and I love meeting new people, especially from different countries. I speak French and English fluently and I have good notions of German (B2 level). 

I am looking for a nice place to live (budget between 350 and 700€) and well located in Munich (Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Ludwigsvorstadt, Isarvorstadt et Altstadt). As regards the people I live with, I am not complicated. I will prefer to live with students (or people btw 18-25 years old) and to live in a non-smoking appartment. I am quite sportive; I play tennis a lot and run as well a few times a week. I enjoy listening to music at any time of the day (except when working). I think my semester in Munich will be quite studious but I still intend to discover the Baverian night life with my friend and flatmates.
