House in Munich for Italian student till March

Hello, my name is Riccardo Silvioli.

I am an Italian student who will begin a Master in Physics at TUM in October and I need an accommodation till March / April, then I will move into a public housing.

I am a 24 years old, quiet yet solar boy. I'm a full time student, I will attend lessons in Garching. I am fluent in English but i don't speak German yet. However, I'll be attending German classes as part of my Master career, so I will soon learn to interact in German. I am a clean and tidy person, non-smoker and I have excellent ability in manual work, which come in handy when dealing with small repairs.

The rent would be paid by my dad, who is the CEO in an Italian factory. We have always been reliable with payments.

I am really looking forward to your reply, I've been searching for quite a long time for a place to live in Munich but I had no luck so far. Please consider carefully this e-mail, if the room is still available, I am sure I will be a very suitable choice as a tenant.
