Habitación compartida en Munich/ Looking for renting a room.

I am José Javier a spanish industrial engineer who is going to start working in Munich. I am looking for a flat or a room for living there while i am working in the city. I have an agreement with one business and we are looking for a place to be there. I am very clean person, open mind and polite. Furthermore, i have been sharing flat since i was 18 years old so i have experience in this aspect. I am not a smoker and it would preferable if there are no pets or animals in the flat. Hola soy José Javier, ingeniero industrial que va a comenzar a trabajar en Munich en verano de 2018. Estoy buscando una habitación para compartir o bien un piso que salga bien de precio. Soy una persona bastante limpia, educada y abierta de mente, además tengo experiencia compartiendo piso ya que lo he hecho desde que tenía 18 años. No fumo y a ser posible en el piso que compartiese que no hubiese mascotas. Ademas soy una persona que a parte de compartir piso,me gustaria conocer gente para hacer nuevas amistades,ya que me voy solo y nunca está de más hacer nuevos amigos.
