fall semester accomadation for two

We are looking for an accomodation that is at least half an hour or closer to LMU, with enough place to study, calm environment good functioning kitchen and bathroom and a communicative landlord that speaks sufficiently english. We would like to get to know the roommates that we share the accomodation with surely. Better get to know each other and make the best time of this outmost interesting part of our school career. We both like to make clear agreements on how to keep the place tidy and neet. Equally shared shores are in our eyes fair. We just like to have fun and have a beer sometime while being able to do our own thing as well. Looking forward to live at this great multidiverse and cultural city.
