ERASMUS student looking for an accomodation

I'm a 23-year old Master's student from Rome (Italy). From 15/07 to 15/11 I'm going to be in Munich attending TUM. I'm looking for a single-apartment or a shared flat (possibly in Garching or near an underground station). I would really appreciate an international environment. My ideals roomates should be:
