Choose me ;) 23 year old student looking for accommodation in Munich

Hey :)
I am an ERASMUS student looking for accommodation starting from 01 March till end of July. I am going to be studying at LMU.
I don't smoke, I am not bringing any pets. I am a fun and open-minded person. I like to cook (altough I'm not good at it). I play piano and I love skiing and kiteboarding ^^
I am looking either for:
- a SINGLE ROOM (furnished, preferable with a private bathroom),
- a small APARTMENT or
- a ROOMMATE so we can find an apartment of our own.
In terms of location my department is on Oettingenstrasse so the closer the better. I am open for any suggestions/propositions.
