Business Erasmus student looking for a room in the city center for the wintersemester

Hello,

I’m Anastasia, a Belgian student and I will study one semester in Munich starting next week.(September-January). I will follow my courses in the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences (MUAS). 

I am twenty-two years old, I speak several languages including German, Dutch ,French, English, I love sports, meeting new people, learning new things, studying, partying and I am especially looking forward to this erasmus experience. I am described as a positive, social, energetic and always smiling person. That said, I am also serious about my studies. I am looking forward to coming to Munich for this new adventure. I like to live in a community and share evenings, parties or dinners between roommates, especially when we are abroad. It is for me the best way to integrate into a new city, a new culture. I am an open-minded person because of my Belgian, German and Hungarian origins. I am not shy, I like to meet people. I would love to integrate your WG to tell you about my Belgian experience (and maybe some Belgian beers who knows :)) 

I am looking for a furnished room in a WG/shared apartment. I have always been used to living in student residences, living in a community during my studies is a great experience. Thanks to this I met a lot of nice people (I never had bad experiences) and it taught me to adopt the basic rules of community life such as cleanliness, respect for the privacy of others, easy integration in the group, taking initiatives in terms of community life but also in terms of cleanliness and then being a good partner for nice dinners and more fun evenings!  I am looking for something in the city center (preferably in the Maxvorstadt, Ludwigvorstadt-Isarvorstadt,… district).
