My name is Luca Bella and I am an italian guy of 21 years old who is going to attend university master courses at the TUM universiy, so I am interested in long term rent.
During my bachelor degree, I lived in a shared flat both in Italy and in Spain, so I have experience in respecting and living with other people.
I am a very quiet person, I am pledged to my studies and sports, I have played waterpolo for 11 years, and I don't smoke.
I am already in Munich until 19.09 in order to learn the german language, but I will have free afternoons so we can arrange a meeting, then I will move in definitely by the first of October.
