31 year old single man, looking for accommodation in München

My name is Farnam Tabandeh, 30 years old single man from Iran. I gained my Bachelor in Civil Engineering and I’m going to continue my education by participating in M.Sc. program of Transportation Systems at TUM in following winter semester in München.

I am far adaptable and open minded person who can get along with vast types of people. Besides as beginner in the German language, I am fair in English. You will find me really good in playing guitar and pop singing. I usually visit my family in Ulm every weekend after finishing my classes, so at weekends I would be not at home (wochenendfahrer). I spend my entire day outside at university, doing part-time jobs or sometimes training in a gym after the Uni. So I be in home just for sleeping, however, I may have to do my courses at home rarely. In free time I take pleasure with most activities such as internet surfing, watching movies and lessening to music in headphones, besides outdoor funs such as sports, cinema, café, bar and so on. My room isn't always the cleanest, but I definitely wouldn't say I was a slob. Basically, I am not a smoker and have really rare overnight guests or party habits. Also, I have the experience of living in dorms for 8 years!

I'm looking for a room with pretty easy going, friendly roommates. Like other civilized people, I don’t care about the gender, color, religion or whatever and even the age. I am always available for providing further information. So take it easy.
