I am a student from Berlin .I saw an advertisement of the room for rent .I just landed an internship in BMW .As i saw the photos in the room i find the room is very good .I am a nonsmoker and non alcoholic and an engineer from India .Could i have your room please.Waiting for your valuable response .I am just learning German so that s why i am writing in English. waiting for your response .It would be great helpas i believe if i have to contribute in my work i need to have a peaceful place to stay .I will require the room for at least 6 months
