27 year-old master's student looking for accommodation near LMU

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I'm an American who is planning to begin a two-year master's at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU Munich). Since the program will begin in fall 2020 and will end in spring 2022, I would like to move into an apartment or room in summer 2020.

Accommodation I'm looking for:

I am looking for fully-furnished accomodation that has easy access (within 45 minutes) to LMU's main campus by public transportation. I would like a private bedroom, but I am open to sharing a bathroom if it's not with too many people. I would like access to a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and some space in the refrigerator for my own items.

My personality and lifestyle:

I have lived in South Korea and in France, and I have traveled to other countries besides that, so I am mindful of cultural differences and try to commnicate effecively cross-culturally. I am friendly, easy-going, and social, but I also take my studies seriously. I am tidy and clean up after myself, and I hope to live with others who do the same, especially in common areas.

I am a native speaker of English (C2) and proficient (B1) in Korean. I am learning French currently and expect to reach a proficient level (B1) by summer next year.

**My parents have kindly agreed to act as guarantor on my behalf, so I can provide proof of their salaries, tax returns, a guarantee and other associated documentation. By law, I will also be required to have a blocked bank account in a German bank to demonstrate proof of sufficient funds for living expenses, and I can provide proof of that after it is obtained.
