23year old boy looking for accomodation in Munich, attending an internship

Hi, my name is Fotis, I'm 23 years old and I'm a student in senior year in Mechanical Engineering, in Greece. I am accepted for a 3 month internship in KMW (Kraus Maffei Wegman company} in Munich, starting 1st of October till 31st of December.  I'm looking for a room, with preferance in areas  Laim, Moosach, Nymphenburg, Pasing, in order to be close to KMW, if not, an area with good accessibility in public transportation.  I'm insterested to pay maximum 500 euros for rent, including all costs (gas, heating,electricity, wi fi)
