23 years old guy looking for accommodation in Munich for July

Hello! My name is Federico and I study Financial Mathematics at the LMU, in Munich, Germany. I have been living here since October 2015, and I really like this city. At the end of June I will have to move out from my current accommodation and I really need to find a room for the whole month of July, since I will need to take exams during that month. Besides studying, I also work as an intern at risklab (Allianz GI).

I am a very nice guy, outgoing and friendly. I very much enjoy conversating with roommates, cooking together and having a glas of (italian) wine =).  I am used to live in shared flats and I keep common spaces tidy and clean, I always respect other people's needs and spaces.

I am looking for a single room and I am willing to pay not more than 600-650 euros. The location should be as close as possible to Königsplatz, or this should be easily reachable by public transport.
