23 years old guy, looking for accommodation in Munich

I am Raghavendra from Bangalore (India) and I am 23 years old. I finished my Bachelors in Engineering in 2016 and worked for a year as Hardware design engineer in Bangalore. Now I have got admit from TU-Munich for Masters in Communication Electronics which is a two years course.
I've also put my friend Akash Dhamasia in cc, who will be staying with me. He is an entrepreneur/CTO of a startup called SensoVision. (I'll leave the link here: http://sensoviz.com/ ). He will be doing masters in Informatics in TUM.
We both are non-smokers and vegetarians.Please feel free to ask us anything that you would want to know from us.
I will reach Munich on 28th of September and Akash will be there on 4th of September. He can come to see the apartment after 4th. Or if possible, I have my cousin brother staying in Munich and I can ask him to come visit you.
