23 year old guy looking for accommodation in Munich

We are from National University of Singapore on exchange in Munich this coming September to January, currently reading Architecture. Hoping to look for any decent place to stay for the two of us, that is not too far away from TUM. We are also really organized, neat and tidy. Not so much of party animals and we dont smoke, although we are really friendly and do look forward to meeting new friends and gaining new experiences while abroad.
