I have no pet, and I am a exchagne student in TUM, the rental period is between October 2020 to Februry 2021. I am quiet at home and will take good care of both private and common areas.
For the accommondation, it better to be not very far away from the TUM campus (less than 40 mins travel time by public transportation). The accommodation should be registration possible for me to extend my student visa. The roomates better to be female.
