23 year old girl, masters student at TUM, looking for accommodation in Munich

I am a friendly and energetic person. I am quite focused on my studies yet I also enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, doing sports (especially zumba and pilates) and listening/playing classical music. I have respect for others so I use common places in the household carefully. I am a clean and tidy person, and I expect same kind of respect and care from my flatmates. I am looking for a single room or a shared flat with  considerate roommates. I do not smoke and don't like to be in an environment that smells. So, I think this is my only non-flexiable rule.
