23 year old canadian MBA student looking for Single room flat/apartment

My name is Zach Traer, I am a 23 year old canadian student who will be attending the EU Business School in Munich for the MBA Sports Management program in September. 

I am a former university basketball player and really enjoy all sports. I am also very well travelled and enjoy meeting and learning from everyone I have the chance to encounter. I believe everyone knows something we don't, thus there is always something new to learn! 

I am interested in finding an apartment, dorm, flat for myself (preferably already furnished since it would be difficult to travel with furniture, and with kitchen).

I am not interested in having roomates, not because I am anti-social, but simply because I do not want any distractions while I am attending school! Also, by having my own place I will be able to better develop a successful routine during my time in Munich. 

If all you can offer is friendship, I will gladly accept since I do not have any connections in this city!
