22y.o French IT Student looking for accommodation next to TUM

I am a 22 years old French student who is going to study at TUM for a semester. I come from Toulouse where I am studying for a MS degre in Information and Communication Technologies.
I am looking for a good accomodation next to TUM. I don't mind sharing it with men or women also, that would be better if they are going to study in TUM too !
I'd like to share this semester with friends and enjoy this year : study and party. And why not practise sport together (all kind of sport).
I am not complicated, I am sociable and I really want to discover the country and do activities during the weekend.
