I am 22 and currently looking for a room to rent in Munich.
Since I am going to spend the next two years studying at the TUM (Theresienstr. 80)
in order to get an engineer's degree (in Elktrotechnik und Informationstechnik), a place not too far from Maxvorstadt would be perfect.
I am looking for wifi equipment and a parking place for my car
I am a non-smoker, a Guitar player.
