22 year old, looking for a room

I'm a master's student at TUM (power engineering). I currently live in Freimann but will have to move out by the end of this month. 

I'm neat, clean and quiet. I'm not that good of a cook but I still cook from time to time. I have no pets and I do not smoke. 

My max warm budget is 500 Euros. Less is preferred though.
