22 Year old guy, looking for accomodation in Munich

Hello. My name is Luis Gabriel and I'm a Mexican student that is going to spend a year studying in München. 
I'm currently enrolled at the European University of Business.
I'm a really easy going guy and I am really chilled.
I have a lot of hobbies, I love playing tennis, chilling with my friends, reading, watching movies, listening to music and many others.
I'm looking for a place where I can sleep comfortably, where I can cook for myself, and where there's a respectful environment.
I like to party and have beers, but I'm respectful enough to know that if I come in late, I should be really quiet, and to know that after certain hour there shouldn't be much noise. 
I'm also really social, so chances are that I'm not gonna be locked in my room.
