21 YO Movie buff looking for accommodation

Hello Leute!,
I'm starting my master's degree in Computational Sciences and Engg. from October in the TUM, and looking for a place to stay. I am a non-smoker, fully vaccinated and a vegetarian. I am fluent in English and am learning German. (I can also get by in Russian ?, by that I mean that I know about 6 words because I learned a little there).
I also do volunteer work and hope that I can continue to do so. My interests include soccer, board and card games, movies / TV shows, playing volleyball and the occasional hiking. I can cook well and always tidy up afterwards. I am looking for a relaxed environment. I'm not a party animal, I enjoy small get-togethers. Communication is important to me. I am looking for more than 4 walls and a bed as accommodation. I want an environment where after a stressful day we can hang out every now and then, exchange a few words and maybe even cook together. Living in a shared apartment is perfect for me.
