21 year old girl with a partner, both students, looking for an accomodation in Munich

Me and my partner are both enrolled at TU Munich for MS in Informatiks. We are both quiet individuals and lead a simple lifestyle. We would like a furnished accomodation with heating no more than 1 hour 30 minutes away from TUM Garching Campus. We are open to all sorts of residence options. We both do not smoke, drink or party and would prefer to have room mates who are similarly disinclined in case of shared apartments. Our budget is 900 euros to maximum of 1000 euros.
