20 year old girl looking for a place near LMU

Hi! i'm a 20 year old female student who's currently looking for a place near LMU while i undergo my study preparation on March 4th till April 4th. i'm very social and friendly, i love to read, cook and learn about other cultures. 

i was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. but i've been spending the past year in Melbourne. my german isn't very good but i'm very fluent in english. i'm looking for a helpful roommates, either guys or girls who's willingly teach me around the blocks since i've never been to Munich before and i don't know how things are done here. 

i'm very clean, very organized. i enjoy occassional party and i smoke. but if you're unfomfortable with me smoking, i wouldn't do it inside the property or around you. 

i respect your privacy if you need some alone time and doesn't want to socialize all the time, i like to drink wine alone and binge watch old 60s movies or series. 

i'm willing to spend up to 400 eur, a little more than that is ok, and the place is preferable walking distance since i'm easily lost (lol).
