2 Brothers 23 & 28 are looking for an apartment/ flat to rent from Oct . Close to TUM or Englisher garten.Very well behaved

We are 2 brothers, from South Africa both coming to Munich. Lubbe is going to work for the Hilton Park Hotel in finance and Altus is a (5th year) Hons student from Stellenbosch and coming to Munich as an exchange student studying at TUM. Lubbe has just completed his masters degree as an Erasmus Mundus exchange student in Belgium.

We are looking for a studio/apartment with 2 or 3 rooms close to or inbetween the University and Englisher garten, but are flexible in terms of offerring. We both start in September and urgently need a place as from October onwards. We will be there for a longer terms (+- a year) but would also consider a shorter stay initially.

At home, in Pretoria, we have a guest house with apartments and hosted several international guests, delegates and students over the years. Both Lubbe and Altus rented several places before and always left it in mint condition.
