18 Year Old physics student from October onwards, looking for accomodation in Munich

I am coming to Munich in October 2017 to begin studying physics. I speak fluent German, of course, and fluent English as well as Swahili, Punjabi, French and some Spanish.
I love sports of alll kinds and I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, so it would be nice to be with others who like sports.
My favourite sport to watch is football, so I look forward to watching good matches, preferrably with some friends who also enjoy football.
I also enjoy meeting new people and going to parties, but don't mind sitting at home and having discussions about physics, philosophy, or anything interesting for that matter.
I come from Kenya, but am arriving in Munich on 9th October so I can view an apartment or room any time after that.
