Swedish exchange student looking for accommodation near the university in Malta

I'm an exchange student starting at the University of Malta this coming semester and I'm looking for some place to stay during my studies! I am studying political science at Malmö University in Sweden and will study international relations in Malta. I'm a sociable and tidy person and I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures!

I will arrive by the end of September and staying during the semester until somewhere around the 10th of February. I would prefer a flat/studio/apartment near the university or with good commuting connections (preferably near the sea) and a place with a balcony or outside terrace. Please let me know if you know of anything that could help me with my search for accommodation!
