Why did you choose to go to Mosta, Malta?
Because my internship was situated in Mosta
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
Scholarship is 3 months long and it was approximately 1560 euros
What is the student lifestyle like in Mosta?
It is not a student town but it is very affordable for students because it is not so popular as other towns
Would you recommend the city and the University of Mosta to other students?
Yes, but I don´t know about the university since I didn´t do my internship there
What is the food like?
A lot of good fruits and veggies, traditional food is interesting and tasty
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Mosta?
Yes
How much does it cost to live in Mosta?
Rent is around 300/400 euros and food is not that expensive
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
I didn´t have time to learn it
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Mosta from your city?
I was living in Mosta but transport is very bad since the city is very crowded during summer months
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Mosta?
City bar :)
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Mosta?
Ta Maria is a very good restaurant with traditional food
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Rotunda church
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Mosta in the future?
Visit Gozo and Comino if you are coming to Malta and avoid summer months because it is very crowded. It is better to come during Semptember/October and you can still be in the sea
