Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and per email.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and month targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential market and evaluate customer needs.
• Drafting and preparing appropriate sales materials.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targeted results.
• Gathering feedback from customers and share it with the sales team.
• Building rapport with customers.
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Makes product appeal to the target market

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and, results-driven.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
