I'm an International student recently admitted as biotechnology MSc. student at Skolkovo Institute of science and technology (Skoltech) and my academic year will be in the next September. I have made a survey for housing options in Moscow and I found that it will cost high prices and hostels not suitable for students as many beds in one single room. I really want help on finding and registration an appropriate place with the following characters:

1- A furnished single room/ A furnished shared flat , small kitchen area , a bathroom and close  to Kuntsevskaya metro station

2- Central heating system

3- WiFi/Internet and Washing, ironing services

4- the rent with utilities not exceed 20,000 rub/month = 320$
