19 years old, boy, search a single room near san gerardo hospital

I'm a student of dentistry in Monza, I will attend the first year. I'm looking for a  single room near San Gerardo hospital. I come from Puglia, last year I did a year of biotechnology in Turin so this is not my first experience sharing a house with some other student. I'm 19 and I like to know new people and cultures of any kind, I love sport, football in particular, and food. I'm not obsessed with cleaning and order in the house but when it comes to shared spaces like bathroom and kitchen, me along the others inquilines it's important to maintain clean and livable those ambients, everyone has to contribute, always in a friendly and a stressless way :)
