Quiet University Student Looking for Private Room in Montreal

Hello, I’m a quiet individual seeking a place to stay for the last half of my studies at university. I make sure to keep things clean and generally organized, keep up to date with rent, and I refrain from alcohol and similar intoxicating substances.

My current residence is undergoing renovations at the beginning of 2023 and the homeowner isn’t planning to continue renting the place out afterwards. I’d prefer to move into a new place before the late October/early November snow starts, but besides that I’m flexible. I anticipate staying a minimum of 2 years.
