40 years old female, is looking for accommodation in Montreal City

My name is Zoe, I'm from Taiwan. I will be studying French in ILSC language school, the course starts on November 2. 

I am a tidy and quiet person who is looking for share accommodation (females only) or a studio for my own in Montreal city. 

Share accommodation from 500 - 650 inclusive: hydro, electricity, heat, internet. (or 600-750 Studio)

I do not smoke and drink, no parties.

I would like to find a place where I can stay the minimum of 2 months (maybe I will extend because my program is 9 months long)

I love cats, so if you have cats in the house, it is ok for me. 

My estimated arrival is mid of October or late October.
