20 year old student looking for accommodation to share with his 21 year old girlfriend

I am an Irish student currently studying Commerce at the University College Cork, Cork, Ireland. I been accepted by the Concordia University Montreal as part of the Concordia University Exchange Program from September 3rd 2019 to December 19th 2019. 
Although my initial study period is under six months, I have been granted the option of extending this term for the full academic year 2019–2020 which I must legalize once in Canada. For this reason I wish to rent a room for the full academic year.
I will be arriving to Montreal on August 28th 2019. I would like to avail of a room from this date if possible, or I can arrange temporary accommodation until September 1st 2019.
I am 20 years of age and my girlfriend Clarisse Breal, 21, will be moving to Canada on September 15th 2019. I would like the share the room with my girlfriend. 
I am a committed student that aims to succeed academically. I am responsible and very organized and my aim is to study and work during the year in Canada.
